Yes, for video editing and OSX I would. I'd also have a KVM switch to go back and forth with a PC. I can afford multiple PCs, why not a PC and an Apple if they're the same price?
I have an abit IC7-Max3 and when I try and install the intel raid software (from the abit website) it says I'm missing required hardware. I've installed the INF update for the 875 chipset and I still get the error. Any idea what I need to do to get the RAID working on my system? I'm using win2k sp4.

I went ahead and replaced IPX with netbeui and saw no real increase in speed. it still seems to operate very slow. I am using a 100mbit switch so i dont understand why my speeds are so slow....
On my lan, i am using tcpip for net access and ipx/spx for my filesharing (since my cablemodem doesnt pass ipx). My speeds when transfering files between computers is slow (700KB/s) for the 100mbit connection. I cant use tcpip for filesharing because the dynamic IPs of each machine are on...
Whenever i play Q3A with my new 3D prophet2 MX, it locks up after about 3-5 minutes of playing. I have heard that other people have experienced problems like this, but I know of no solutions. I've run some madonion benchmarks and they dont freeze at all so I am unsure as to what the problem is...
