A private landowner can't just have you arrested for walking through their property either. There has to be a request (stated or print) to not be on the owners property before it can be considered a criminal act. And yes, posted No Tresspassing signs count. So if I was to just walk...

Only partially correct. Ideally this is all true. Ideally, there is a cap that can be taken out of your weekly check to pay child support. But this is hardly an ideal world. I have seen fathers end up with a pay check for $0.00 after working upwards of 12 hours overtime. And yes...

You are, of course, correct. I might not of emphasized it enough, but I was refering to only affecting yourself. Such as seatbelt laws, and suicide (which, strangely enough is illegal... How do you prosecute someone who has killed themselves?). I do not inherrently condone suicide, or...

I would like to believe that a person has the right to do anything to themself. But, sadly, America does not work like that. Apparently, the only right I have is to live as someone else wants me to.

I ****** hate sick people

Like I others have said, missed time is held against you. Even if it is for a good reason. Add to that, the amount of sick time allotted to some places. Where I work we only get 16 hours (2 days) a year of sick and/or personal time. Yes, you can roll it over at the end of the year... But...

An interesting thought about tipping..

Because the tips are shared (or at least, were shared in the past) among all the employees of the retaurant. The cooks/chefs, waiters/waitresses, busboys, etc. Not an even split mind you, but still...

My uncle was diagnosed with Class A Type C Hepatitis. My mother is worried sick, and has no idea what Type C Hepatitis is like. I would like to find some information online that she could read. I am currently doing searches, but not being a medical person, I am unfamiliar with good online...
