Vantec stealth + case + Power supply

I would not really worry about what you consider to be a problem though. If your temps are fine leave well enough alone I say. I meant the plate as a physical separation mounted midway between the HSF unit and the intake of your PSU. This would separate the airflow "sharing" between those two...

Looking for QUIET Socket-A HSF

The AX-7 is a great HS. Just make be careful when mounting it. It can come very close to the capacitors around the socket on some motherboards. I use an AX-7 paired with a Panaflo High. At full load (during the winter) right now with the fan on full speed it keeps things at a nice 48 degrees...

How to undervolt the CPU and case fans?

Depending on the size of your case, a well placed plate would effectively shield the HSF from the airflow of your PSU. This would only be a good idea on a larger (full tower) case with good airflow. barring that, idea #4 seems to be your best bet. I'd be rather reluctant to remove the fan...

how to differentiate thermalright slk800,700,600,sk6,sk7..?

I wanna buy, but where

Bigfoot Computers is also a pretty decent store. They have the Alpa in stock right now. Its a smaller selection of stuff than NCIX but Bigfoot is more of a modding gear store. So they have a bit larger selection of fans and stuff.

How to re-texturize the case panel?

Not sure I completely understand what you mean. If you are refering to the bottom side of the screw head having a textured finish to grip the case. It isn't necessary for it to dig into the paint to secure the case panels. Of course you can repaint around the holes if you'd like. Most case...

HOW DOES ONE MOUNT A PANAFLO L1A AT REAR OF CASE?

A 10-24 machine screw will also work. But doesn't make for a very clean appearance. However as a cheap temporary measure they work great. I usually can find a few kicking around in my basement whenever I run out of the self tapping case fan screws mentioned above.
