It is called a Q-Connector in this ASUS board. All it is is a little pastic piece that has one side with female and one side with male prongs. You simply attach your case buttons and leds to it. So the Power Switch, Reset Switch, HDD LED, Speaker, etc. You hook all those onto the male prongs...
