(Ugh, I am going to hate myself for using this phrase) Ya, Rly. Its not like the stuff is freakin' Kryptonite. Greens powder are about as legal as it gets - its basically ground up vegetables, seeds, and oats that equals about 5-10 servings of vegetables. Most people don't eat enough...

Nothing wrong with taking supplements (as long as they are legal and have verified studies backing up their usage) - just don't expect them to work miracles. The whole point behind taking supplements is to "supplement" your daily nutrition and help with your workout. I personally don't like...
