RIAA sends email to my brother

Ok, my brother is 48 years old and has a son, who is 16. From what I understand his son downloaded a game and now the RIAA has sent an email to delete the content and send them their personal information. They are unsure what to do, and have asked me for advice. I will post more information...

Sadly, I have no clue on where to start on building a computer. While I know how to build a computer, I'm not sure what motherboard would be best when making one. EDIT: Where should I go looking if I want to make my own computer?

Looking for a laptop

I'm currently looking a laptop for gaming, right now I've been looking at the Dell 9300 and I'm thinking of getting it, but people tell me Dell is a bad choice. Should I just get the Dell or should I look for a different laptop? Also if I should get a different laptop, what laptop should...

Is Dell BSing me?

I was considering to buy the Dell 9300 laptop and was wondering if I could update the graphics card. So I call Dell and ask the tech support, they then tell me that I could upgrade my graphics card later on, but then I read a post telling me I couldn't. Which is true?
