Strange eVGA 680i Audio Problem

If I run the Realtek HD Sound Effect Manager and go into the Audio I/O tab, I see my 6 Channel speaker set up. Clicking on each speaker triggers the audio to come out of that speaker, as it should. When I go over to the 3D Audio Demo tab, however, the rear 2 speakers stop functioning. I've...

How do you know if a panel is an 8bit or a 6bit panel? Like the one used in the ViewSonic VP930b? I didn't see anything on their spec sheet which tells you that type of information?

Regulations Question

If a monitor is listed on a site as conforming to ISO13406-1, does that mean it has to have 0 dead pixels, so, in essense, it's the equivalent of a "No Dead Pixel" guarantee?
