Immortal Technique's albums make it in my top 5 (Revolutionary 1 & 2), I can't wait 'till his next album. Binary Star's "Masters of the Universe" is great as well. You should check out "One Be Lo", he's one of the MCs that raps in Binary Star.

I came upon a similar problem this past weekend. Some sites would work, but it wouldn't load the windows updates page.
This is what I found:
Automatic Update will not work
