Stupid but Serious Question

if when you boot you dont have the time you need to read all that info hit the pause key and it will stop your boot on that page and you can read it!

Bios revisited AWARD BIOS abit bp6 coppermine???

on that board i mean you know using a fc-pga chip on the abit b6p....... i thought i read somewhere that you could get the fcpga to run on hte abit bp6 but i could be wrong....abit says no!

my board is rev. 1.00 and has the LP id I was going to try using NJ but im sure it wont work. i tried using LP to try to get support for my ppga 533 but i get that devide overflow message

Why can't I get Dues X to work?

i have tnt original also and have problems with half-life in direct X ver 8.0 or 7.0 or 6.0....it runs that game better on openGL ive downloaded all the patches i know of and still no better. by the way i have duel 366,s running @ 533 and use win2K it is not laggy just does not like directX

VIA chipsets and 16+ MB RAM

thats what they say and i have the same board ..i am running an ati xpert2000 32meg card on that board without any problem....however i have one hell of a time getting my 16 meg tnt board to run on it ..go figure?

thanks i will do that (try win 98 boot).... i hit f5 on dos boot to bypass all config and autoexec files so that should not be the problem.

I need your opion.

I cant even overclock at all in WIN ME It is the most unstable OS ever used.........HATE IT. I use WIN 2K and can get my duel celerons (366) to run stable at 533 i have even had them up to 605 but it is unstable and crashes after each round of counters-strike....and wont download a file that...
