Thanks for posting this. I bought one, the code does work. Hopefully a nifty gadget for my camping. These sell for $70 to $80 on eBay. All the Amazon reviews are for a different product by the same vendor, those reviews are good - so I am hoping for the best with this item.
I bought 3 of them during last year's Black Friday from the Microsoft Store (online) for $299 each. All have been great to work with in geographic (mapping) applications, software development, huge Excel spreadsheets, etc. - but I don't do gaming, so the 30 Hz limitation at maximum resolution is...
Got confirmation order email several days ago, then received the SSDs (x3). Had originally hoped to get the 512GB models, but they sold out fast. Note: the write speeds on all these SSDs are slow as molasses compared to currents SSDs, but I knew that going into the deal.
Although this is the first time I have seen this thread, I wanted to add that I bought three of these monitors on a similar deal about six months ago, all connected to the same PC. I used them for software programming mostly, no gaming but powered on 7 x 24. But for my purposes, they have all...
So I bought 4 sets to give each of two replacement PCs 16 GB RAM. Not that I truly need to update the original PCs, although, I do use them in my computer consulting business. Also, I run VMWare Workstations on them, so maybe there will be a payback...after I buy new motherboards, new I7-2600K...
You couldn't be more right about 1920x1200 being excellent for writing code. I have a second system with 1920x1080 and I hate using it for code development.
3rd party vendor is selling through Amazon the TV-IP422W for $175 delivered.
Should I wait until it drops down to $150? I need two more cameras. Maybe buy one now, and wait for the $150 price - average out the costs.
At any rate, I have gotten some good use out the two cameras I already have.
I snagged one from the only store in Mississippi.
Shipping was $16 (UPS ground), and it weighs a whopping 38 pounds.
Don't think I will be dragging this beast around to parties.
The reviews on Amazon sold me. Like I really need an ice cream maker - for the same price, I could have gotten another small SSD.
SSD -or- Ice cream maker...
SSD -or- Ice cream maker...
SSD -or- Ice cream maker...
And the winner is...Ice cream maker!
