Flu shot makes you sick

That's called a nocebo effect. It's similar to a placebo effect, except with negative outcomes rather than a positive one. For example, when your doctor shows you your x-ray and tells you everything wrong with it, you're likely to feel more pain. That's a nocebo effect.

So, this is false. The flu shot doesn't make you sick or unwell. It can, however, produce an immune response which makes you feel under the weather for a couple days. But that's different than being sick or in a state of unwellness.

The Canadian national board exams to have the chance to practice in Canada WAY more challenging than the American national board exams. I never took it, but I know about it based on having Canadian classmates who were studying for it and seeing the things that they had to memorize for the tests...
