first water cooling setup advice

Antec makes a Rad for the 1200... http://www.frozencpu.com/products/96...d_Chassis.html I have no idea about quality or performance, but cooling area surpasses a 120x3! EK2K

Heatsink that is compatible with Radeon 4870 and Radeon 5850?

Scythe Musashi... http://www.scythe-usa.com/product/vga/002/scvms1000_detail.html It was absolutely silent on my HD4870, even with fans on full blast. In a closed case though. Also, I kept the stock plate on to cool the VRMs. EK2K

P5Q Pro/HD4870 only feeding stereo audio through coax/HDMI, respectively?

I use SPDIF optical out on the mobo straight into my receiver? Video is sent directly to my 46" Samsung via HDMI. I read your specs and saw you're using z5500 and not a receiver. Sorry couldn't be of more help. EK2K
