$200 Compusa PNY 6800 good for me?

Also, I'm upgrading from a Ti 4200....would a 4200 to a 6800 be a pretty good leap in those games especially at the settings I play at? EDIT: I have a 420 watt Raidmax with a 13a 12v line. Would that be OK to run this?

Those are OpenGL benchamrks, with the excpetion of AQmark. I play HL2, Warcraft, and CSS.
