YACT: Getting a title for a car

You release interest in car... but you still need to bring in a signed title to get it in your name... I was wondering if someone knew how to do this..

I'd perfer to sell it (or give it depending on how much to get the title) to someone who needs it rather than trash it, i have friends that have offered to blow it up, roll it, part it out, ect... If I can't sell it whole, ill probably end up parting it out..

She used the previous owner's plates.. Edit: They don't issue new plates when you register a vehicle Wreaking yard wont take it without a title either... It never was insured, my mom never got a chance to register it since my dumba$$ sister decided to take the title before it got...
