Under TCP/IP for the given network adapter, take a look at the "Alternate Configuration" tab. This should allow you to specify IP info for when a DHCP server is not available.
What are you trying to accomplish here ? Is .100 another NAT device ? This type of setup could really cause a lot of problems. What type of load balancing are you trying to accomplish?

I really wish that people did not take such advantage of these deals. Order 5, order 10 but not 300! I guess that I am peeved since I don't visit this forum often enough (every 5 seconds) to get in on these deals.
