Yeah so do I, the combo was perfect for me though. Was looking for a smallish hard drive to stick in a second comp plus I wanted to dig up a decent PSU also. Funny how things work out sometimes.

Hey! I'm leaving for deployment at the beginning of next month and I bought something from someone on another forum (non-computer related). Long story short, he was supposed to ship it out on the 21st but didn't get back to me until late on the 23rd saying he wasn't able to drop it off...

Decided to OC my video card a little bit. It's running 475/1100 from the stock 400/1000. Same except settings as last post. Min 38 Avg 74 Max 178 0 below 25 2 between 25-40 Above 40-98

Just how bad is the Pentium D?

The A8N-E is great. I'm using one right now. I'm pretty sure the noisy chipset fan has been fixed in rev 2.00. I have a rev 2.00 board and they chipset fan is pretty silent.

3500+ idle too high for me to consider OC?

Way, way to high. My 3000+ Winchester has been running prime for the past 4+ hours at 2.3 Ghz and 1.44 vcore and it's sitting at a comfortable 48 C with a K8 silentboost.
