What is the Highest Temperature Possible?

Notwithstanding the upper limit imposed by c, what temperature would be required for an atom to vibrate so rapidly its constituent sub-particles were no longer able to remain bonded?

It's not just their site, that was just one example. Also, it's been happening for a while, and during the time it's happened, I have viewed text-based portions of the site, without any problems at all.

I'm trying to troubleshoot a WinXP system wherein images won't load for some sites, but will for others. Even different images of the same type will sometimes work or sometimes not. It's consistant from site to site, so one site will work completely, while another will show NO images at all...

Delayed Write Failures on multiple drives/controllers

The termination on the SCSI drive's good, and the Raptor I already know is shot. What puzzles me is that the SCSI drive only did this AFTER I moved the contents of the Raptor onto the SCSI drive.

I'm getting delayed write failures in Win2K SP4. They happen almost solely when playing Planetside or Arcanum. The drive on which my games and swap file were located, a WD Raptor(74G), started around this time to make a weird whining sound, so I moved all the data off it onto another partition...

Serious video problems

Where can I get a copy of DX8 these days? Besides, it shouldn't matter as long as the game uses DX8 interfaces, which these games ought to - they're older than DX9 by a good margin. Also, I've had this card work with this same system config in the past, so unlikely it's a conflict of that...

Not a power supply issue, power levels are adequate and stable. As for the card, I don't know, but I don't have another to test it, so I need to try other things first.
