Help for IE 5.0 and IE 5.1

I m using 5.0 now and wanna see any new versions for it. Not going to d.l 5.5 since its mainly the print function added. I browse to Cnet and found thats a SP released call 5.1 Read the review and all the while the reviewer menstion about 5.0!? when its suppose to be 5.1 ? Now please tell me...

or should it be a step by step for new systems. What I meant was is there any guides on the net that tells u what to do after U have assemble all your parts? such as loading the bootdisk etc and dos commands to execute to run new systems with no OS? Fdisking, Cd ROm detections.Can someone refer...
