Problems with 3D games

Problems with 3D games

My pc is screwing up and i can't seem to find out why. It suddenly halts when playing games for an unspecified amount of time, not too short though. I have a strong feeling that this only happens when full 3d games are being played, however this does not occur in a few games like the RTCW ET Map...

AMD gone crazy

Audio-related question. Kinda crazy but please help.

Hehe nice. Thanks for the tip. Will there be any consequences to the audio quality since these stuff were made for cars and not for home?

Is there a way to connect car audio speakers to the computer? Is it also possible to plug car audio components into conventional power outlets? Any opinions on the difference of home audio and car audio sound quality?

Is there any other historical evidence besides the bible that proves Jesus existence?

I don't even think that much documentation existed. You have to remember that the only people who admired him were his followers. The Jews hated him. The Romans maybe hated him a little. What do you think? Maybe they intentionally left him out of history to pass him off as another 'regular'...

New Hard Disk Drive. New Problem. (newb question)

i have this few group of classmates who think the Athlon is of no quality. how do i convince them that these processors are of high quality? does anyone have a link so that i have a hardcopy to show them? i'm no AMD zealot but "AMD=bad quality" is hard on the ears.

Can bigger mufflers really add more than 10 ponies?

headers are much more effective if they're coupled with a muffler. maybe you'll see a bigger difference if you eliminate the cataclysmic converter of your car and change the full-of-curves pipe below into a full straight one. it really makes cars faster. i don't know what i'm talking about but...

well..maybe it's the media. they're gold imations rated at 24x which come in spindles. i tried another tpye of imation and the write time was about 5mins 40secs. so i think just lost a minute. i think the buffers were like going up and down and just falling to 0 both on nero and clonecd. i also...

yep it is my athlon xp with the ecs board. i haven't upgraded any 4-in-1 driver since i bought the system (Feb 02). i will try upgrading it now. as for the dma settings, how do i check it?
