PSU for a Crossfire system

I absolutly have to stick with Thermaltake or go for generic cause there are no other brands present in the local shop. And havent yet found a shop that would deliver any product to my country. At best i could buy the stuff get it delivered to a place in Florida and then get it by courier. But...

Which should i get ????????

I am confused some reviews tell me that X1800XT(512) is better while other tell 7800GTX(256) is better. Actually which is better and which one should i get?????????????? (Already using a X700 PRO)

In my country we have some PSU from ThermalTake (even that is rare) and 560 Watt is the best i get. I cant even order goods online cause there are no delivery's made to my country frm any of the online order compnay. I cant get the AMD processor or motherboard cause we dont have any AMD...

I have been using ATI for a long time so i have decided to stick with it. I have already ATI 9000 Pro, Sapphire 9600 Pro so i guess i will use X1800XT And thanks to LASTHITLARRY i will buy the 250GB SATA Hard disk. But what PSU should i use???????????
