I've got the BLUE ORB from ThermalTake. I don't care much about thermal take, but this fan is really good.

bios not loading!!!!

I would reset the BIOS (look for a switch on the motherboard that says (CLEAR CMOS or CLR CMOS)

Which motherboard for my i7?

I would go with the EVGA. I've had ASUS products and just don't care for them.

Email address spoofing

You can't get RID of SPAM, you can only prevent it from entering your inbox. SPAM ASSASIN is a great spam detection tool. I would see if you can up the settings to make it more sensitive to SPAM messages. You may get some people's emails blocked but at lease you arnt getting those annoying spam...

Help me to control my son

I know my WIFI router can restrict internet access to particular computers on the network during certain hours. I would try and set that up. My router is a Linksys WRT54G or WRT54GS.

I would boot into safemode (HOLD F8 before windows logo boot screen), and then see if you can run your antivirus in there and scan the whole computer for "FAKE" AV apps. Go into your program files folder (C:\Program Files\...) and look for anything suspicious. Don't just delete anything, make...
