How do I connect 3 hard drives?

Bummer, thanks everyone for your replies. I guess I'll swap my 60gb HD for my 200gb. I was hoping to hook them all up to get 460gb...not that I'll need it, but just to have ;) Thanks again, Brian

I'd agree, the Seasonic is definetely a better PSU, they are a lot more stable.

Is DDR2 memory installation diffrent than DDR?

As far as I know there is no difference, just plug-n-play...

How do I connect 3 hard drives?

I was wondering how you connect 3 hard drives (1 master, 2 slaves with no RAID), and 2 cd-rom drives. I have the 2 cd-roms connected on the same cable leading to IDE 2 slot. I can hook-up 2 HDDs leading to IDE 1 slot, but can't figure out how to hook-up a third. Are there special IDE cables...

OC'ing blues :(

Wow, 5 minutes to shut down windows 8o That's crazyiness!!! Anyways, I haven't tried 1.55 volts, but I'm betting it will be around 43C I tried at 1.52 and it hit about 39C, but I couldn't run it long without Prime95 failing...maybe like 2 minutes. Thanks for the input guys!!

I know that I shouldn't compare to others because CPU's are all different even from the same production line, but I figure I should get 2.8ghz though...I'm running 2.71ghz at 1.5 volts right now. I tried running 2.75 at 1.5 volts, but no go; got a fault after 30 minutes of prime95. I know...

Well, that's exactly what I've been doing for about 24 hours straight, but I'm getting no luck with anything. I'm really wondering about the CPU voltage being @ 1.5 volts...everyone else seems to be at 1.45 and oc'ing higher with the same setups (mobo/ram/cpu).

Hey everyone...I built my new rig a couple of days ago and I'm trying to hit 2.8ghz prime-stable on it. No such luck. Well, I did the "quick and dirty" overclock and tested the limits for each component. Max FSB (or whatever the correct term is): 328mhz or 311mhz @ 95% Max RAM...

Upgrade Time!

I just threw-out some quick *low-priced* parts for a quick setup. All the options that were listed are good...depends on your style. Only reason I chose an Opty 146 is because of it's OC'ing abilities...and it's cheap as dirt :) The Antec TP 2 I choice has some mixed reviews, I know...

Should I upgrade?

Well, considering that the prices on AGP cards start to skyrocket when you want high performance...I would just get a PCI-E card. Especially while ATI and Nvidia is rivaling with the 7900's and what-not. I would recommend the eVGA 7900 GT's, but good luck on getting them!! They are...

I second that with this board...you can probably pick it up for ~$95-100 if you shop good enough. If you get this mobo, make sure it is NOT the EP-9NPA3+ULTRA
