Anyone know if a CCNA ever expires? I mean once you obtain it are you Cisco certified for life? Or is it like the MCSE where they expire them.. just curious.

Web Monitoring software..

My old boss had this software that would tell him where each user on our network was on the internet and for how long. It was just a simple install on his workstation and I beleive it was relatively inexpensive. Anyone have a clue as to a product like this?

Backup software..Backupexec or Arcserve?

We just got a new HP dds4 autoloader and our older version of Backup Exec doesn't support it. So, We are looking into a newer version. Ive had the evaluation version of Backup Exec 8.5 for awhile now and it works, but I am not crazy about it at all. I wasn't crazy about our older 6.5 version...
