Question Top 27" 1440p high refresh rate gaming monitors?

Looking to possibly make the jump from 1080p to 1440p for gaming.... Looking for the top tier recommendations for 27" 1440p 144~165hz+ gaming monitors with fast response times and low input lag. To be clear, looking for 27", no larger. What are the top models as of Nov 2021? Thanks!

Lol. I mean that is the game of course. That is true for all the choices for the home. Theres certain things I feel like I have to do, and certain things I can do after I have the home.

I dont have an option anyways. I cant put in my own Cat6a while the home is being built. They just dont allow it. My only option would be to after I move in, to go through and redo all the Cat6 in the walls and change to Cat6a. I just dont see how that would be easy or really that necessary...

The problem I am going to have is, its the builder doing all this, so if I ask them if its CAT6a and not just 6, and they say no.....what are my options? They do not allow outside contractors to come in to do this stuff. I already asked and they told me no, and if I did it, they would just rip...

Its $400 for a drop of 4 wires for locations of my choosing. $266 price is a one time price to upgrade all the cat5e to cat6. So if I want 8 wires run to different locations then its $800. If I want 12 wires its $1200. $266 is just upgrading the cables to cat6. Interesting idea, but this house...
