why are houses in Albany, NY are so cheap?

this is the best OT thread i've read in a while. my condo here in southern california has went up in value about $70k since i bought it about a year ago.

I wasn't complaining just yet. So far its just an observation. On mine I can hear the buzz without getting behind the TV and listening. And by the way, the buzz found me, I didn't find it ;)

hehe.. i should have mentioned that next to that shelf tag there will be stacks of rain checks for the tv. i'll be checking throughout the week for new shipments, but if i never get a chance to grab one, the rain check will save me. all this for a savings of 8% on this tv.. hehe.. on the rain...

You've got to search the tags on the shelves.. more than likely you'll find the Apex $88 tag but no TV. I called about 5 targets up here in the San Gabriel Valley area and they are all out of stock.

Decent laptop for under $600??

I would also recommend a Dell Inspiron 1100. And as someone else said just keep an eye on xpbargains for deals on this model. I'm typing on one right now. Actually we have two. One is a Celeron 2.2Ghz, 256MB, 30GB, 15", DVD/CDRW $670 The other is a Celeron 2.0Ghz, 384MB, 20GB, 14.1", CDRW $640...

T40 vs. 600m: Infuriating laptop information

Wait til the end of each quarter and dell usually emails 10% to 15% off coupons. Stack these with their normal online deals and sometimes other 5%-15% coupons. xpbargains.com usually lists good dell deals. the currents deals on xpbargains are nothing to scream about.
