The two discs may be shrinkwrapped together but I'm skeptical that there's any database linking the two keys. I'm betting these discs are just grabbed from two separate bins and shrinkwrapped together by some worker in Indonesia or whatever third world country M$ uses to produce their products.
If I remember correctly, they also said it would be one disc, and you'd have to choose 32 or 64 at installation time. I don't think these two keys are tied together in any way, so I'd be suprised if you couldn't use them both. I'm not planning on using 64 bit anytime soon, since there are so few...
Anytime I put FMP Fumoffu in my basket, it denies me use of Google Checkout - says item does not qualify. WTF? Anyone else been able to order this - perhaps it's a preorder thing? (yes, I had other items so order was over $30). Every other item would go through by itself.)
The current model is the LTV-32W6, so this one is a little bit older. Not sure of the differences, probably not too drastic. I have the W6, very happy with it, especially after using a THX optimizer disc to set it up properly.
Grabbed my copy yesterday, no manager needed. The only extra time involved was chatting up the cute cashier since there wasn't anyone else in line... picked up Civ IV at the same time, it's on sale for 29.99 (reg 49.99). Between these two games, you may not see me around for a while!!
Just built a new machine using one of these as the boot drive. I was concerned that the 10K rpm would make it a louder drive but it's actually very quiet.
