CPU Heatsinks: Which One???

So, uh....Looks like I should get the XP90, huh? Just trying to find a site with optimum shipping time/costs and the right fan selection. I like xoxide.com because they have good prices, shipping scaled by order size, and they are located close to me, in PA. Their selection is a little light...

CPU Heatsinks: Which One???

I'm getting a zalman gpu cooler as well and I have 2 120mm case fans and another 120 in my PSU. Hopefully the 35db won't really overpower any of that, and if it does, at least I'll know it's keeping cool. Since I don't sleep next to my system, noise isn't really an issue for me anyways, just...

Any thoughts on the fan that comes with the retail xp90? I can get it for only 30 bucks here: http://www.svc.com/xp90-ret-21.html

CPU Heatsinks: Which One???

Is there any type of fan control with the xp90 retail fan or any other 90-92mm that I can put on it. I just don't trust the motherboard to be in full control. Do they just work at rated RPM always, or will they adjust with CPU core temp?

Hmm..How do I change the voltage? Is there a fan control on it or does it have to do with my hardware? I'm getting an x800xl, which doesn't have the extra PCI-e power connector, does that determine the voltage?

FINGER IS ON THE TRIGGER ! Changes made

My Venice 3000 is running rock-solid at 2.4 at 1.55V, so it's really not much of a burden on the power supply. The biggest thing is making sure you have solid rails. I don't think there is really any functional difference between single and dual +12 PSU's, but I really haven't researched them...

Hmm, yeah that was a little out of place. I think I'll go for the retail one that comes with a fan, then I can replace it if necessary. Thanks for pointing out that site pibb, it looks pretty sweet.

Is there anywhere it's not safe to set my headphones?

Depending on the sensitivity of the headphones, the magnets inside may be susceptible to electromagnetic radiation, which may cause reduced sensitivity or audio-spectral distortion after long-term exposure. In other words, keep them away from anything that has a magnet in it!

Some Questions about this motherboard

No idea about the firewall. If you find out, let me know. My first 2 XP installs were crippled as a result of the bloody thing, and the one I got now has something funny with it as well.
