Anybody use or know of any kind of program that can limit bandwidth of other PCs?

Other PCs that use the same wireless router. I see a lot of hopeful programs but I'm not too good with networking, so I thought I'd check here. Thanks!

Is there any Windows program that makes a guest account completely blank?

I'd still like to have the guest account for guests, I just don't want any guest to be able to access any files.

When I log-in under guest, I'm able to browse both HD partitions with ease.

Is there any Windows program that makes a guest account completely blank?

As in when someone logs in as guest, they can't access any files or programs on any other accounts, other than the ones that come pre-installed on Windows? Thanks in advance.

Can anyone recommend a decent tablet?

I've decided that after 5 years of wanting one, I'll finally pick one up. I'm looking for something with Flash and PS compatibility, and some pressure sensitive features on it. I don't really want to spend more than $150 on it, which I know limits my options. I thought I might check here...

"Updates were unable to be successfully installed"

Got this message while running windows update install. I've got my update configuration set to notify me when updates are available, so I can decide when to download them myself. Any ideas why this message is coming up when trying to install? I'm not using any pirated software, and my copy of...

I figured I would post here before I try their tech support. Anyway, sometimes when doing an 'in depth analysis' I get messages in the log that says files are locked, ex: C:\hiberfil.sys - error opening (File locked) [4]. or other files that are locked. Is there a way to run this...

"Best" keyboard?

I've had a certain logitech keyboard for nearly a year now, and I've been pretty dissatisfied with how it types. Keys never feel like they're going down correctly, and sometimes I will miss a key because if I do not hit it dead on center, it wont register. Also, somehow they gave this keyboard...

Looking for a decent card for about 50-60 US dollars.

Wait, so for the radeon cards, the quality of the card has little to do with the number attached? Or does the quality have anything to do with an ascending or decending number? Hm, I guess I know quite a bit less than I thought.
