Thanks for the responses guys. I searched quite a bit before I posted this, and actually found the link Sam25 posted (thank you though). I have looked in the task manager and it isn't running, I have checked into the compatability mode and it never was selected on my files. I have tried...

Steam is already running

Hi everyone, I cannot get steam to run. It's a new install. Everytime I try it updates to 26% then goes to an error screen saying: "Steam is already running. You may only run one copy of steam at a time." I've disabled the auto run feature at startup, still nothing. Steam Help only...

What brand of blank DVD media do you use?

I have good luck with K-Hypermedia and Imation. Never use Memorex, it's just a pack of coasters with a fancy lable.

PSA: Don't buy speakers out of a White Van / other vehicle

Home Theater Magazine actually did a write up on these. One of the reviewers was approached by some guys in a white van etc. etc. They gave them a full review with photos, pulled the guts and all. They said they actualy played pretty loud, but the quality was garbage of course. And the guts...

Would anyone NOT recommend getting a $100 miter saw?

I've got a Black and Decker. I think I paid around $80 or so. That was 7 years ago and it still works fine. I don't use it all the time but it works just fine when I need it.

Its high time I stocked a bar

A good tequila is Souza. Not too expensive and so much better than Jose Q. For wiskey I like Makers Mark. Knob Creek is also very good but more expensive. 3 Olives Vodka is a great buy for a decent quality vodka. Also Finlandia is very good. You might also want some Baileys for coffee...

A math problem for you geeks out there.

"Then take out all of the ones that are divisible by six and you have your answer. If you're taking out the ones that are divisible by six, then don't take out the ones that are divisible by twelve too. Then you're coming up short. So I guess it is 501. " Winner winner chicken dinner...

A math problem for you geeks out there.

'I divided 2006 by four and I got 501.5, and I knew that all of those numbers had to be divisible by two. So those were underlined exactly twice. ' This is wrong because some of those numbers will also be divisible by 3 and will be underlined 3 times.
