Do you allow pop ups?

Exactly, this is the only site that I allow pop-ups from. For everything else, I have them set to be blocked but for the browser to inform me when they're being blocked, just in case I'm at another site where I would actually want a pop-up.

My school requires XP professional. Is there a way around this???

I was thinking the same thing. I know that at my university, you can get a copy of XP Pro for free. Since the school is trying to force you to use Pro, I would assume that they're giving it out for free or, at the very least, heavily discounted. I think that's something worth looking into...

How can I uninstall IE 7.0?

Also, keep in mind that it's listed as "Windows Internet Explorer 7", which means it's likely near the very bottom of the list.

Windows Defender

Okay, that's what I thought would happen if I just waited until a new set of definitions were released. I just wanted to make sure I understood the error and that eventually I would be able to have it updated. Thanks for the help.

IE 7 RC1

I haven't actually tried to uninstall it, but IE7 shows up under Add/Remove Programs. The IE7 website said that uninstalling it there will remove IE7 and revert back to IE7. Now whether or not it actually works out that nicely, I don't know.

Doom3... scariest game ever?

I was looking at my processes under the Task Manager, when I came across one called wowexec.exe that had no Memory Usage listed. That, and the fact that there is a space in front of it in the Task Manager (it's listed as " wowexec.exe" instead of "wowexec.exe") are making me pretty sure that...

Really addictive typing game!

I played a few times, but my best was only 6.4 seconds. I started just memorizing a few sections of he alphabet, so if can do that for the whole thing after a little practice, I can see how you would get god-like scores.

Saw a hot Mustang this weekend.

I agree there. That car is just too nice. The one day I saw one parked on the street outside of campus and it was all banged up. If I owned that, I would've been doing whatever I could to get it looking nice again... and learning to drive if it was my fault for the car being in that condition.

Need Some good Playsation 2 games, especially a nice FPS

Truth, that game is top tier. For an FPS, though... I've personally been a fan of Call of Duty 2: Big Red One lately. I've been playing it on my Xbox, but I'm sure it's more or less the same thing on ps2.
