When I purchase from Dell, they have the same picture like right now but they send me the regular one not the high speed one, because it match with Part no. in Dell website when I purchase CF/256.
From Kingston Website:
High Speed One
The one like Dell sold
Just FYI: the Kingston CF/256 is not high speed. It's like the one I got one week ago from Dell the picture in Dell website is showing high speed but according to Kingston website the CF/256 is not high speed the high speed one is CF/256-S.

I used to get around 5800 with my GF3 Ti 200. Last week I install Ti4200 and overclock it, now my card running at 273/595 and got he score about 10500 in 3dmark01
Pretty happy with my card :) :)
do you got any problem during flashing the BIOS?
It seems that you have flashed with the correct BIOS but your problems is showing that you've flashed with bad BIOS file, that's why your monitor does not want to turn on.
The only way is to contact soyo or probably other places which sold BIOS...
go to the BIOS and then go to -> PCI / Plug and Play Setup Page
then go to -> Primary Graphics Adapter section and set to AGP bus. The default PCI setting still lets the onboard display work and allows the use of a second display card installed in a PCI slot.
hope that help

if you are using IDE Raid then make sure you have IDE raid driver in the diskette and then press F6 after you got setup screen in XP to install your IDE raid driver.
