Not sure what the next will be. Probably whatever is $200ish whenever the new Batman game is finally released, assuming...
There's a slider in CCC for "display scaling" (or similar name) for this. I think AMD shows the black boxes as default (hdmi only?) for the people that still have TVs that underscan and hide the star button an taskbar. Make sure you're using 12.8 or later because there was a bug introduced in...
@Larry I was assuming this was the case in that DNS records were handling it, but it could be something else internally on their nameservers. Wordpress.com does it, and the previous provider did it, too, but when querying the DNS records with a 3rd party website, there are no records which...
UPDATE: Got it 100% working. Wordpress.com allows mapping as many domains as you want to a given blog. You simply select a "primary" domain thru the Wordpress.com dashboard, and it handles all of the (website) re-direction on its own, no DNS stuff. Why it's not in the document, I have no idea...
First, sorry the description is so lengthy. I'm not familiar with DNS enough to be able to use the correct terminology, so if I try to shorten the question, I'm afraid I might use the wrong terms and make it more confusing for everyone.
I'm working with a non-profit to convert their website...
Pentium 2 233 up to "263" by upping the multiplier on an Abit LX6 (that's the speed it reported for whatever reason). After that, Celeron 600 up to 900 on a BE6 via a "slocket" adapter. (maybe the chip was technically called a "600A?" Those Coppermine chips were great...)
Sent from my PI39100...
I bought a Focus on Monday, and I really like it so far (though, I'm not sure anyone would dislike a product they've just bought which involves not only its upfront cost, but a contract to send another company ~$100 each month for 2 whole years)...
I'm coming from a decidedly not-smartphone...
This one got me, too. In the configuration section for your display in the Catalyst Control Center, one of the tabs shows an overscan/underscan slider which puts the black bars around the image. I think the program defaults to the extreme underscan condition for people with rear projection...
I've managed to fry a fan header. Not one of my finer moments, but I was messing around with something or another inside the case while the computer was running. Full Disclaimer: I was using a screwdriver to do this messing around. The screwdriver accidentally touched down somewhere on the...
Got it figured out - here it is:
CREATE RULE insert_book AS ON INSERT TO item WHERE (new.category_id_fk = 1) DO INSERT INTO book (item_id_fk) VALUES (currval('item_id_seq'::regclass));
Some explanation about why it is not:
CREATE RULE insert_book AS ON INSERT TO item WHERE...
Hello,
Here's a simplified break-down of the database. I've gotten rid of the columns which don't matter.
The tables:
Item - associates an item id# with a name and category id#
id (pk)
name
category_id_fk (fk'd to category table)
Category - associates category id# to category name...
Had this same issue when trying to install (upgrade) ATI drivers a couple years ago. Tried Safe Mode, DriverCleaner (or whatever was the tool for that function in 2004), and none worked.
The problem was that registry permissions had been switched to "read only" instead of "full control" for...
Sometimes they're called "slotket" adaptors. Try searching Froogle or Ebay. I just wrapped up a recent "project" involving the use of a SlotKet adaptor: http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview...atid=28&threadid=1802165&enterthread=y
Original Threadhttp://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.aspx?catid=28&threadid=1709592&enterthread=y&arctab=y
Sorry if this is bad forum etiquette, but I didn't want to bump the original thread for months until I finally got it figured out. I looked through the "Forum Issues" board, but...
