SPDIF to AC3 signal converter?

Network traffic monitoring program

I'm looking for a program that will monitor the total amount of network traffic in and out of my computer during a 24 hour period. I want it to be able to disconnect my network connection once I've reached a certain amount of data. I've tried DU Meter but it won't disconnect my network...

Car Audio: Amplifier Bridging Question

I don't have a manual and the diagram on the amp doesn't have anything about bridging. I would think this would be common among amplifiers.

Car Audio: Amplifier Bridging Question

I have a 4 channel amp that needs to power two subs. The amp has 8 speaker connections on it, each group of two labeled 1 2 3 and 4. It has two bridging buttons labeled "1/2 Bridge" and "3/4 Bridge" Once those buttons are pushed, where do I connect the positive and negative of each speaker?

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL....what does this mean?

I had this problem when I installed 2000 a while ago. It had to do with my hardrive scattering data while 2000 was installing, or something like that. I used the disk that came with my harddrive to write all zeros to the drive and then install 2000 and it worked.

Recovery after a format

if when he formatted the drive he didn't write unformat information to the drive then recovery is impossible. the data is gone

tv program for linux

i have an ati tv wonder ve and i want to watch/record tv in linux. i think linux already installed the drivers for it, i just need a program that uses it. any suggestions?

I have RH 7.2 kernel version 2.4.2-2 I want to mount a NTFS 5 partition. Someone said I could only do this as read-only with a new kernel. Questions: what kernel do I need? how do you install/compile a new kernel?

how to get CD text on audio CD using Nero?

When you set up the options for burning the audio cd, there should be a tab that says "CD Text". At least there is in version 5.5.2.4 Don't know if that's the latest version or not.
