Windows 7 - Folder viewing questions

Thanks for the quick response Rhonda.. disappointing though. The purpose of the folder.jpg is pretty well defeated when you're viewing it partially obscured and about 60 degrees off-axis, which is how it appears...

Windows 7 - Folder viewing questions

I'm trying to organize my music folder to my liking and have a few q's... First, utilizing "folder.jpg" does not look the same in Windows 7 as previous versions. If the folder view is Large Icons, it will show folder.jpg, but it's inside the "manila folder" graphic as if someone is rifling...

PCI bandwidth for SATA adapter card

I am currently running a WD 160GB hard drive (SATA 3.0GB/s) through a PCI SATA adapter. It is quite a bit faster than my old IDE drive, even with the adapter being only SATA 1.5. If I added a second hard drive, and ran it through the same adapter, would it create a bottleneck effect? That...

Transferring to new drive

OK. One more question, I know SATA II is backward-compatible with SATA I. Does this include the cables as well? I'm gonna run this SATA II drive on a SATA I controller--can I use the SATA II cable for this?

Good headphones for gaming?

I think if audiophile headphones sit unused for a very long time (6 months+ I read), the effect of burn-in starts to go away and the diaphragms get stiff again like they were new. So considering that headphones may sit in a warehouse for months or years before finding their way to a consumer...
