Looking for a touch mouse with quiet or silent clicks

There are several products out emulating the Apple magic mouse. These seem to be called touch mouses. I was wondering if anyones found the clicks from the logitech, microsoft, etc offerings to be quiet/silent?

T420s amateur field report

My old T40 (proper IBM) is still running strong after 8 years even after dumping a large glass of water on it while it was on and dropping it from 6 feet up. I'd like to get some more power under the hood though. Are there any viable alternatives to the T420? HP Elitebook 8640 perhaps...

Oh, it is one of the recalled boards. I think I've resolved the the shut-off issue though. Seems to have been driver related. Thanks everybody!

Machine turns off abruptly

Well, I uninstalled all the drivers, took the 8800GT out, installed the onboard video, lan drivers and I was able to play Civ 5 for a good half hour or so. Maybe it is a power issue. The PSU I'm using ran my Core 2 Duo (4400) system faithfully for several years but maybe the i5-2500 is too much...

Machine turns off abruptly

I am running a sandy bridge mobo, an Intel DH67CL, with Windows 7. Lately it has been powering off abruptly. Once it happens it seems to happen frequently afterwards. If I let it sit for awhile it seems to work again. Could be something getting hot? Bad cap? Not enough juice? I have a 550...

Yea, that could be it actually. I did have trouble getting the HDMI to work in the first place and it did seem to have to do with how it was seated. Though I'm not sure if that explains the weird sleep behavior. I'm going to be interested to see if the 8800, which is dual dvi, behaves the same...

Quiet card

How does the Accelero attach to the card? Did you have to put heat sinks on the RAM chips? Are you running that with a slot fan? Any idea if the S2 is sufficient? That might tide me over until Black Friday.

Quiet card

Hi, I'm looking for a quiet card. The best thing I can find so far is passive 9800GTs. In particular this gigabyte: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...YTE-_-14125282 However, this GPU is about 3 years old. Do they make any of the newer cards without jet turbines for cooling these days?
