my concern with these cards after reading many reviews is the issue of audio syncing. After many minutes, the audio can get behind on a lot of the cheaper capture cards. This is the primary reason I bought the Canopus ADVC100 (~$250) and it works just fine...

The Yes/No argument on 2 rebates is MUCH larger at f@tw@llet where the thread is over 80 pages now. I would say the "YES" replies from the D3ll CSR's slightly edge out the "NO" CSR's. Mine has shipped with no notification from D3ll that both rebates are not valid, and both still show up...
