And they would most probably say FAN on the mobo where the pin connectors are. Mine has three and say something like PSFAN,CPUFAN,CHFAN (for chassis or case fan) in very fine prints.
EDIT
My CHFAN is located in the bottom right hand corner nearest where a front bottom case fan would be...
Thanks etech.
I just read that link again and I ended up reading your posts in ARS Technica. I didn't realized that you're that good and the author of an awesome circuit. Unfortunately, to be honest, I won't know where to begin if I have to do something like that, even with the parts list and...

heh heh....I'm running way behind schedule and sorta ran out of steam and imploded! On top of that, got to catch up with lots of housework and yardwork. That's what happen when you don't have someone regular nagging you ;). I don't have a clear idea yet what I'm going to do with the...
I used a DPDT rocker switch from radio shack, cat#275-695.It's a large switch, almost 1"x1", black frame w/ red rocker. Very imposing.
After finding the spot where I'd put the switch, I got me some scrap male and female molex connectors. The male molex will connect to one of the psu...
The PEP66 is hard to beat. I have a 60x25 LOUD Sunon fan on mine right now and it's on a 5v/12v switch. It needs 12v to do high cpu utilization like cpuburn3 and 3dMark2000. When surfing the net, 5v is fine but then it's the *SmartFan* on my Antec 300W psu that sounds like a 747 on a long haul...
How about going to our *old stand-by * RadioShack and do a search for part# 900-7968. It's a 100-Ohm/5W one for $3.31 for as many as you want and $2 to ship a few.
I'm getting a couple of IDE removable hard drive enclosures that are supposedly hot plug compatible. I'm running Win98SE.
Can anybody tell me what else I need to do or maybe lead me to a link?
Thanks.
It's not just a "Window" .
It's a window to the FIFTH DIMENSION.
What's the light for?
So you can see all that.
(Also to see if you got your cables plugged correctly and all that without opening the case ?)
Why am I posting this?
Because right now I'd rather do anything else...
Thanks for the update and the phone number.
I tried calling customer service and even sales but got put on hold too long everytime. Seeing that they're out of the 7234, I won't bother ordering another bezel. If I mess this one up badly, I'd get the 7233d or the 7233b if they're available.
I...

Thanks. I'm glad you called them. No response to my email yet.
Prices seems reasonable, specially for someone who needs a new bazel for messing up the first one.
Please post if you get any more info.
Could you give me the phone number you called? Thanks.
I called five places and none will chrome plastic. Bummer.
For metal chroming I was told..
Paint will have to be removed. If sandblasted, it will be matte. If sanded even with a fine sandpaper and you can see swirls on the bare metel before you chrome, you will see it after. So use a cloth...

Why is it always a pain to find the right spot to put stuff in your computer? I mean, why can't they turn one of the 5.25 slots into a control panel drawer that you can pull out and have all your switches and knobs and vu meters and digital readers, etc, nice and neat, huh? Huh?
I put...
