Have you won anything in your life?

I've never won anything...but when I was young, my mom won 60 cases of soda pop(make sure all locals understand ;) ) through a local grocery store raffle. It was cool, for like a year, we got all the soda pop we could drink.

Educate me about smokers

You could. They sell insulation for smokers: http://www.amazon.com/Smokehouse-Products-Electric-Insulation-Blanket/dp/B001Y9HSKG I'd imagine the cheaps ones need it for winter smoking. I used my WSM all winter, held times great for up to 7-8 hours. Even smoked a ham on it for Christmas...

Educate me about smokers

The WSM is a quality smoker. I would avoid the cheaper ones, they tend to have thin walls that let a lot of heat out. Here are some pics I posted in another thread to get your mouth watering: Meat

New smoker!

Wife got me a Weber Smokey Mountain for Christmas last year. Love it. Hope you enjoy yours! Chicken and jalepenos ribs Ribs and chicken, Carolina style More Chicken and jalepenos I also make my own sauces and rubs.

Fyi: Boulevard brewing switched to pop off instead of twist off lids

agreed, cans are a great way to enjoy beer. We are currently looking into canning beers. Would be quite the shift if we did.
