Well... that at least proves that your code works, and that your development box can connect to the mail server. Just make sure the form works on your web server before declaring victory. Good luck, and I hope it's working again :).

hmm... that didn't seem to reveal anything that you didn't already say. Oh well. Are you using the IIS SMTP server, Exchange Server, or something else? Have you tried pinging the mail server from the web server? Any new firewall software installed lately? Something about this problem...

Is your SMTP component throwing an exception? Any chance of getting the exact exception message, as well as any inner exceptions? Maybe a stack trace?

raid with sata2 and sata150

If you have two SATA 150 connectors, buy an identical harddrive and connect both of your SATA 300 drives to the SATA 150 connectors. I can pretty much guarantee you'll never exceed 150MB/s of bandwidth anyway.

dell 700m external monitor help??

Generally, playing movies would be more of a CPU-intensive exercise than GPU-intensive, unless you're decoding high defninition video streams. If you're just running medium resolution video (say TV or DVD), then you should be able to view it fullscreen no problem. I'd avoid running anything...
