Help me find out what game this is!

Sounds like the incredible machine to me as well. Were there hamsters in their cages which powered belts and such. If so it's probably it. Total classic imo.

Any of these games run well on my old system?

Slitherydee, i'd think your system should run GTA4 just fine, with decent settings even. Have you gone into the menus and disabled the "always record replay" setting?(or something which sounds similar). I got a huge boost in fps from that setting being disabled. edit: i'm on a c2d e6600, 6...

Fallout 3 - Worth buying?

I have to say i think the game was worth buying, even without the mods. I had fun all the way through the end(of the main quest) and i'm still having fun roaming around(at around 39 hours play time). Gonna have to do an evil character pretty soon, or just become evil, who knows... I dug the...
