    Extremely difficult to prove when health professionals say that it appears a sexual assault did in fact take place. Just because it can't meet the reasonable doubt standard does not mean she lied. This false report thing is probably just a pipe dream.

    The state filed the charges. Should the grand jury also be jailed? The DA? Both had an opportunity to say "This story doesn't add up" but declined. Now the guys will get to prove their innocence in court. Thats the way the criminal justice system works.
