I have formatted the E: and F: partitions. I want to re-install Windows on the 40MB drive.

The blackviper guides are very good ... have used them for a few years and have never had any problems from doing what they recommend. You even have different versions of tweaks depending what you want to do.
DCW ... Samsung will accept a return and test for dead pixels. If there are too many (a certain number in a certain area) they will replace the monitor. Warranty is 1 year in Canada.
Gerbil is right ... some ISPs require you to dial in the way you would with a 56K modem. I am with Bell Canada DSL and I must dial in when I want to access the Internet. It only takes a few seconds but it is a few seconds more than when I had cable and only had to open my browser to connect.
There is a utility I have used for years called G-Split that splits the file into as many parts as you want. Also, I think WinRAR compresses more effectively than WinZip and will give you a smaller file.
