Sapphire HD7850 overclocking

I overclocked the GPU from 860/1200 to 1050/1400 at stock voltage (1.075V). It's stable, but at 1100/1400 the video driver crashes, so I must probably increase the voltage. How much voltage do you recommend? What is the maximum for this GPU? (Using TRIXX)

External 2.5" HDD with <500mA

I need a new external HDD for a Blu-ray player. I'm thinking of going with a 2.5" form factor, but the problem is that the player only supports USB drives with power peak current lower than 500mA. Does anyone know how much do the average drives (LINK) use?

Broken fan?

Bought a new Akasa Silent 12cm fan. It has 3pin connector, plugged it in MB 4pin, didn't work. Tried 3pin to molex adapter, won't work. Is it possible that the fan is broken? Is there a way to test it?

WD MyBook Essential bad sectors

So, I have a WD MyBook Essential 1TB (USB 2.0) external drive with bad sectors (HD Tune says: reallocated sector count: 192/192/1400). I tried HHD regenerator, zero-write, nothing works. Can it be fixed or should I just replace it? Is it possible that the error is from SATA-to-USB adaptor inside...

USB 3.0 drive problems

I got it working again, but it takes a while to copy 200mb. The progress bar stops at the end and then after few minutes it finishes. Any idea? I've checked the drive for errors, none.

Drive is NTFS formatted. I've re-formatted it couple of times, doesn't help. And it takes much longer to format than normally.

USB 3.0 drive problems

I have an Asus Z68 mobo and an almost new 16Gb USB 3.0 drive. Everything was working fine, but now I can't copy files from hard drive to USB (progress bar goes almost to the end, but then just stands there and nothing happens). I haven't unistalled any drivers or install any new software.

VGA to CRT TV

Is there a way to check the total amount of data that has been written to a hard drive?

2500k temps

Now it goes up to 3.4 on all cores. Previosly it went all the way up to 3.7 on all cores.

This is interesting. I disabled turbo mode in bios (previously up to 3.7Ghz on all 4 cores - now 3.4Ghz on all cores) and temps have dropped to 58C when running prime95.
