My vote goes to the Sony MDR-V700 headphones. They are professional DJ headphones, but they are really incredible sounding! Only about $100 too.
My friends brother is an audiophile and works for guitar center and they are the head phones he recommends to most everyone.
I've used Newegg quite a bit. Never had a problem with them, and they always have great prices...at least great prices for everything I've ever bought. I've never bought from monarch (I think I will have to try them out after this thread), but newegg has always treated me well.

I personally prefer SuSE or Fedora. I used Red Hat for the longest time, but after they moved to fedora and stopped supporting RH9, then I tried out SuSE. I've been very pleased with SuSE.
Yeah, it's just looking at the hard drive created by VMWare. I've installed Fedora on VMWare loads of time. Trust me...it's completely safe. Unless you somehow managed to get it to launch on your main desktop and not in the VM :)
