Ram or motherboard issue?

An explanation to the over abundance of broken z560s?

there's nothing funky about it... all you do is wire it differently which isn't difficult at all. for example (using car stereo equip), if you have 2 8ohm subs and a 2-channel amp, you can easily bridge the 2 channels together into a 4ohm mono load, instead of 8ohm stereo. this way you get twice...

i dont know why, but i found that damn funny :P neways, i'm wondering if the power rating they give on the website is rated @4ohms instead of 8 like the speaker implies. 80W @ 8ohms would produce ~160W @ 4ohms, so maybe thats what they're doing?? who knows....

What was your first 3D card?

i think you mean nvidia riva 128... original tnt came in 8 and 16mb, tnt2 was 16 and 32 i had a diamond viper v330 4mb agp.... hehe. that card kicked ass for its time. motoracer and quake ran beautifully on it
