Current iPhone chips have 128 bit bus, not 64 bit. 4 channel in this case means 4x32 bit, so 6 channel as an increase means 6x32=192 bit bus. P.S. Told ya all that AI will only increase the memory requirements exponentially.

Question Are manufacturers able to produce smaller OLED monitors?

They can, its just not financially feasible. Profit has to justify such product, and smaller than 27", non-premium profit market does not justify it.
