New router recommendations

What do you think about the ASUS WL-500G Premium Wireless Router ? Is it any good ? http://www.ncix.com/products/i...ture=ASUS&promoid=1065 I can also be flashed with 3rd party firmware and seems to have more RAM and a larger flash than the linksys routers.

I currently have a DLink DI-604 router. I find it to be slow when i have multiple connections (torrents) running even though the upload is capped to 50% of my upstream. From reading, it seems this is due to a small NAT table and small amount physical memory within the router. I am currently...

Xbox 360 Component or VGA?

I have a true 1080p tv (non upconverting) my XBOX360 does 1080p over component. The VGA cable does indeed make the colors washed out but produces a sharper picture.

CS Source Issue

It was a fresh windows install, so drivers should be fine. Page file is at 1.5GB. Memory is running at DDR400 as per CPUZ. I'll turn off fast writes, but it didnt make a difference when they were on or off. Nothing is being overclocked. What CPU drivers would be needed for an AMD3700...

CS Source Issue

How much better will I need to be to run Vista?

That system will run vista, but you won't be able to run it at its fullers (aero theme) An upgrade to 2 GB of ram and new video card would be recommended.

X2 4400+ temperature issue

I have the ADA version, was hoping to get the ADV since I just bought it. Also seems i got a bum overclocker, 1 core errors out at 215 FSB at stock volts.

X2 4400+ temperature issue

I tried speedfan and MBM5 they report the same temps as asus probe. 52 degrees with 2 instances of prime95 running (stock volts and speed), i also tried the stock heatsink and got the same results. So either, the temp probes are inaccurate or this processor generates this much heat.

I don't think its an air flow problem, becuase my case is open (for the time being) and I also have 4 fans in a LianLi case. I will try a few different temp monitoring programs and report back.
