I step thru the door with big taunt stick looking for ReelCool. :) By the way, anyone notice Kaliban in the stats? Over 16,000 in the last day with only 9 processors!! What's up with that?

kadajawi - No detail list at the moment. I'm accountable for 80+ servers ( mostly Dells). My boss trusts my judgement on using DC projects. At any one time I may be running F@H on about 25 of them.. I also have six machines at home ranging from RedHat8.0 on a P4@2.1ghz(1.6a overclocked) to WinXP...

Doing my part for the TeAm, what are you doing?

Doing my fair share. 2nd place in FAH - 115th overall ( I'm Back- wanted to get in the top 100 in Seti) 88th place in Seti - 9165th overall Hope to add 5 more Dell 500SCs next week. NO SIG YET!!

AMD First Timer - Need MB Recommendation.

AMD First Timer - Need MB Recommendation.

Help with Hard Drive Configuration

Borealiss - Thanks for the great reply. The raid1 for the ide (mp3) drives was to help insure not losing all the data again. Disregarding the poor use of space do you know whether you can boot from the scsi drives and have the ide drives mirrored at the same time? Besides the raid1 my other big...

Help with Hard Drive Configuration

I cann't believe how fast this dropped. My first concern is will I be able to boot from the scsi drives with the ides connected. Seems like I tried this before and the system always looked at the ides only.
