I've noticed when I have a game's launcher open, specifically on Diablo 4 and Baldur's Gate 3, that the screen flickers a bit after I've enabled HDR. When I get into either game, the flickering goes away though.
From what I've read, making PhysX multi-CPU-threaded would go a long way towards fixing performance issues. We have plenty of unused CPU cores to throw at this problem.
