AMD 4x4 + SERVER MOBO??

AMD 4x4 + SERVER MOBO??

Does anyone know if its gonna be possible to do quad fx in a server motherboard. Would be cheaper, as some boards start out at 200$, NOT to mention Unbuffered ram!! :D I wouldnt mind this set up because of NUMA, and, with unbuffered ram latiency would be nice.

Gaming on LCD monitor

As of yet, LCDs are still far from optimal in terms of gaming, especially for fps games. To get anything decent you'er gonna have to drop some cash for one as SAT did for his 2001fp. overall LCDs are not bad as long as you can take the motion blurr(ghosting). Most LCDs have gotten better...

I hate wireless internet!!

this could be part of the problem: Do you have other wireless networks in the area. I have the same problem, im assuming its all the people with there own wireless networks causing interference. there are like 4 homes within range and its ticking me off LOL. I dont think you will be able...

good deal, worked but i couldnt get through to the net. not sure what the problem is but i am working on it. I really dont want the router because i really have no use for it. Plus, i am using an smc adapter for 25$ so u cant get any cheaper than that. ; ) It too late to mess with it...

wireless connection gets ip but cannot access network

i dont have an anwser yet, but here is something you can check on. When looking for the ip address, whats the subnet mask # that is listed.

How do I setup a network using two XP Pro computers?

good link jack, couldnt have suggested better. nocturnal, you got any problems let us know, i could give you some tips on over coming some of the problems that i encounted doing the same. and if you want to run a web server etc. let me know i know of some simple progs that will help you.

Computer lags or freezes when I try to use Internet Explorer!
